摘 要:目的建立钛种植体表面鳞刺生成的三维有限元切削加工模型。方法通过DEFORM-3D有限元分析软件对主动控制钛种植体表面鳞刺微结构生成进行有限元模拟,并根据模拟的相关工艺参数加工样品,扫描电镜观察。结果成功建立了种植体表面鳞刺生成的三维有限元数学模型,扫描电镜下观察加工样品表面生成丰富的微米级鳞刺结构。结论利用DEFORM-3D有限元软件辅助模拟钛种植体表面鳞刺生成过程,提高了建模的精度,为实现种植体表面鳞刺生成提供了精确、简便的方法。Objective To build 3D-finite cutting model of scale forming process on surface of titanium implant. Methods The cutting model of scale forming microstructure on surface of titanium implant was built by the DEFORM-3D finite analysis soft, then plenty of scale was made on surface of implant. Results The cutting model of scale forming process on surface of titanium implant was built, there was a great deal of scale obtained on surface of titanium implant through SEM. Conclusion Application of DEFORM-3D finite analysis soft in the construction of scale forming process on implant surface increases the precesion of model, which provides finite element analysis with a precise and convenient method.
