论抗衡新型毒品诱惑的方法

摘　　要：目前,以摇头丸为代表的新型毒品在我国境内已经屡见不鲜,滥用人数也在逐年增加,而且其中还不乏我国社会中的精英群体,"白领"、"金领"、国家公务员等。这些人受过良好的教育,但明知毒品危害却依然吸食,更甚者在生日时借这些新型毒品以飨宾客。现在社会上流传新型毒品成瘾性小,没有什么大不了的,一些年轻人、收入较高的白领就认为摇头丸等新型毒品不是毒,吸点没关系,并无危害,并且得到一定的享受。这种看法增加了我们心理治疗的难度,新型毒品的危害性有别于传统毒品海洛因,他们对于毒品的认知力下降、躯体的戒断反应弱、对心理治疗期望高,精神心理依赖性强,给社会增加了一些不安全因素。武汉小洪山自愿戒毒所针对目前社会上的状况,开设新毒病房,通过实践研制一套心理治疗及心理干预的模式:必须遵循现代的医学模式原则与医学临床紧密结合,帮助患者增强自己的意志活动能力;帮助患者学会控制自己的情绪能力,同时,绝不能忽视完善的支持体系,从身边的小事做起,言行一致去面对现实,改变现实,做一个真正的有感恩心的人。At present, new-type drugs represented by MDMA are not new in China and the abusers are increasing year by year, including some elite, white-collar, gold collar and civil servants. Although these people are well-educated and aware of the harm of the drugs, they still abuse the drugs and even entertain the guests with new-type drugs on birthday occasions. There is a notion spreaded in the society that addiction caused by new-type drugs is but very small and no big harm can be done by it. Thus, some youngsters and well-paid white-collar employees believe that MDMA and other new-type drugs are not narcotics, and it gives one enjoyment without doing harm. Such belief adds difficulties to the psycho-therapy. The farmfulness of new-type drugs is different from heroin and other traditional drugs. The users＇ poor knowledge about new-type drugs, the weak physical withdrawal syptoms, the high expectation for psycho-therapy and strong psychological dependence are factors causing unsafety to the society. Under such a social condition, Wuhan Xiaohongshan Voluntary Drug Rehabilitation Center has established wards for treating new-type drug users and has developed a set ofmodality of psycho-therapy and psychological intervention through practice： observing the principles of modern medical modality and closely combining it with clinical medicine; helping patients to build up willpower; helping patients learn to control their emotions; improving support system; encourging patients to do small day-to-day things and suiting their action to their word; helping patients to face the reality, change the reality and become persons truly with gratitude hearts.
