摘  要:铝合金V26-1活塞模锻件是船用内燃机活塞的坯料,针对该锻件加工余量大,金属利用率低,生产工序多,产品成本高等问题,开展锻件精化设计与改进锻压工艺的研究。对终压模精化设计,使活塞内腔表面由原来的加工表面改为非加工表面;终压模设计出圆导壁形式、提高上下模对中性;设计顶料机构使锻件容易脱模、减少废品;新增加圆胎毛料模、合理分配金属;在锻压工艺上采用"双机作业一火压成"新工艺。经生产实践表明,精化设计和改进锻压工艺取得了良好的技术、经济效益。V26-1 aluminum alloy piston is the piston stock of ship engine.The forged piston stock need to be heavily machined.Its metall utilization ratio is too low,too many production processes to be needed and the production cost is high.So,the precision design and forging technology have had to be investigated.The finish-forging mold has been designed with precision principle.The machining surface of the model cavity has been specially treated.The guiding circle has been designed in the finish-forging model cavity.The precision centering of the top and bottom models has been increased.A push-up device has been made to draw the forging product out of the model easy,the wasters have been reduced.A new primary model has been added to forge the billet in order to distribute the metall equitably.A new technology has been adopted,that is double forgings with one heating.The production experiences show that the technology we've built up is excellent and the economical benefit is high.
