摘 要:研究AZ91D镁合金表面前处理的除油、酸蚀工艺,对不同除油、酸蚀工艺配方进行了失重、外观性能指标的对比分析,提出了最佳工艺配方;在酸蚀溶液中添加硫脲、六次甲基四胺缓蚀剂减少镁合金溶解量,提高光泽度;采用自腐蚀电位跟踪法研究了镁合金在不同前处理溶液中的电位变化情况;采用光学金相显微镜研究了前处理后镁合金表面形貌;在添加1 g/L缓蚀剂的乙酸溶液中可以获得表面光泽度好、微观缺陷少的镁合金基材。The pretreatment of AZ91D magnesium alloy by degreasing and acid pickling was studied.The alloy sheet can get different weight loss and surface gloss by different degreasing and pickling process.Through the comparison among the tested results,the optimum prescription of the process has been put forward.That is to add thiourea and hexamethylene tetrammine,as inhibitors,into the pickling solution,to prevent drastic dissolution of magnesium alloy and increase the surface gloss.The corrosion potential variations of the magnesium alloy in different pickling solutions were investigated by self-etching potential track-following technology.The morphology of the pretreated magnesium alloy sheet surface has been analysed by metalloscope.The basic magnesium alloy products with glossy and less micro-defects surface could be obtained by pickling in the acid solution containing 1 g/L inhibitor and 3 g/L acetic acid.
