平肺口服液对非小细胞肺癌放疗患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨平肺口服液对非小细胞肺癌放疗患者生活质量的影响。方法:98例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组50例,对照组48例,均接受肺癌常规放疗。治疗组患者在放疗同时口服平肺口服液3个疗程,对照组进行单纯放疗。结果:放疗前两组患者的生活质量评分无统计学意义。放疗2周时两组患者的生活质量均有所下降,但两组比较无统计学意义。放疗进行到第4-6周时两组生活质量继续下降,但治疗组的生活质量优于对照组(P<O.05)。第6-12周两组患者的生活质量均开始呈上升趋势,且治疗组的生活质量优于对照组(P<O.05)。结论:平肺口服液可以显著改善非小细胞肺癌患者放疗后的生活质量。Objective：To evaluate the effect of Pingfei Oral Liquid（PFOL） in improving the quality of life upon NonSmall Cell Lung Cancer（NSCLC） patients during thoracic radiotherapy.Methods：98 patients of NSCLC were divided randomly into two groups：treatment group（50 cases） and control group（48 cases）.Treatment group was treated with conventional thoracic radiotherapy combined with PFOL oral administration,and control group was treated with conventional thoracic radiotherapy only.The PFOL therapy lasted 3 courses of treatment,with 10ml once,twice a day,5 days a week,30 days per course.Results：Both groups decreased in the quality of life in the first two weeks of radiotherapy,with no significant difference（P0.05）.The quality of life kept on decreasing in the continued three weeks,but treatment group showed better life quality than that of control group（P0.05）.During the followed sixth till twelfth weeks,the quality of life in both groups increased gradually,with better life quality in treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion：PFOL could improve the quality of life in NSCLC patients that received thoracic radiotherapy.
