摘 要:目的:采用阳极氧化和电沉积的方法在纯钛表面制备载银二氧化钛纳米管阵列涂层(Ag-loaded TiO2nanotube array),分析其表面形貌与元素构成并评价其细胞毒性。方法:纯钛试件分为三组:P(纯钛抛光组)、NT(TiO2纳米管组)和NAg(载银TiO2纳米管组)。以纯钛作阳极,铂为阴极在20V直流电下对纯钛试件进行45min的阳极氧化以形成表面TiO2纳米管阵列,随后将纳米银颗粒以电沉积法加载于该表面以形成载银TiO2纳米管阵列涂层。应用X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS)与Fe-sem分析三组试件表面形貌及元素构成,并使用MTT法评估载银纳米管阵列涂层的细胞毒性。结果:强钛抛光试件经阳极氧化处理后,表面形成一层由垂直管状结构构成的陈列,在此基础上,经电沉积法载银处理后,可观察到纳米级单质银颗粒均匀分布于TiO2纳米管阵列表面,该载银涂层对小鼠L-929细胞未表现出细胞毒性。结论:电沉积法制备的载银TiO2纳米管陈列涂层具有良好的生物安全性,有望作为一种抗菌改性方法应用于口腔种植体穿牙龈部的表面处理。AIM: To design an anodized titanium surface modified with Ag loading, to analyze the surface microtopogTaphy and components, and to assess the cytotoxicity of this modified surface. METHODS: Pure titanium samples were divided into 3 groups : P ( Polished Ti), NT ( TiO2 nanotube array) and NAg ( Ag-loaded TiO2 nanotube array). Titanium samples were anodized at 20 V for 45min with Ti anode and Pt cathode to form TiO2 nanotube array on the surface. Ag nanoparticles were subsequently eleetrodeposited on this nanotubular surface to form Ag-loaded TiO2 nanotube array. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and Fe-sem were used to analyze the surface microtopography and components of all samples, and cytotoxieity of this modified surface was nleasured by MTT assay. RESULTS : The Fe-sem and XPS results demonstrated that null-valence Ag nanoparticles distributed uniformly on TiO2 nanotubular surface. This Ag-loaded modified surface did not show obvious cytotoxicity. CONCLUSION: Ag-loaded TiO2 nanotube array shows good bioeompatibility and it is promising to be used for surface treatment at trans-gingival part of dental implant.
