摘  要:目的:比较4种玻璃离子水门汀的溶解值和吸水值,为远期临床效果的评估提供参考依据。方法:实验选取4种玻璃离子水门汀和1种复合树脂为研究对象,分别为传统型玻璃离子水门汀(Sc),高强度玻璃离子水门汀FujiⅨ(F9)、Ketac Moler(KM),树脂改良型玻璃离子水门汀FujiⅡLC(LC),复合树脂Z100(CR)。参照ISO4049的要求,每种材料各制备盘状样本(10mm×1mm)11个。根据浸水28d前后重量变化计算每种材料的溶解值和吸水值,采用单因素方差分析对结果进行统计分析。结果:5种材料的溶解值顺序由大到小为:SC>KM>F9>LC>CR。其中LC与CR的溶解值差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),其余各材料间差异均有统计学意义(F=236.286,P<0.01)。5种材料吸水值顺序由大到小为:SC>LC>KM>F9>CR,其中KM和F9的吸水值差异无统计学意义(P>0.01),其余各材料间差异均有统计学意义(F=145.574,P<0.01)。结论:高强度玻璃离子水门汀和树脂改良型玻璃离子水门汀的溶解性和吸水性均小于传统型玻璃离子水门汀,且稳定性较好。其中树脂改良型玻璃离子水门汀的溶解性最低,提示其抗降解能力最强。AIM: To evaluate the water absorption and solubility characteristics of 4 different glass ionomer cements (GICs). METHODS: Traditional glass ionomer cements (SC), High-viscous glass iouomer cements FujiIX ( F9 ) and Ketae Moler (KM) , a resin-modified glass-ionomer cement (RMGIC) Fuji IILC ( LC ) , and a composite resin Z100 (CR) were used in this study. Eleven disks ( 10 mm × 1 mm) of each material were prepared according to ISO 4049 test method. Specimens were immersed in distilled water for 28 consecutive days and water absorption and solubility were determined by means of weighting the samples before and after water immersion and desiccation. Data were analyzed by oue-way ANOVA. RESULTS : The solubility of these 5 materials was as followsi SC 〉 FM 〉 F9 〉 LC 〉 CR. No statistically significant difference was found between LC and CR, but the other groups showed statistical significance (F = 236. 286, P 〈 0.01 ). The water absorption was in the following order: SC 〉 LC 〉 KM 〉 F9 〉 CR. No statistical difference was found between KM and F9. Statistical difference were found among other groups (F = 145. 574, P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: High-vicous GIC and resin-modified GIC have better water property by showing lower water absorption and solubility compared to traditional GIC. RMGIC has the lowest solubility, suggesting its strongest ability of anti-degradation among the 4 GICs tested.
