摘 要:利用科里奥利力式回流废气质量流量计和层流式进气流量计构建了双流量实时EGR率测量系统。在EGR阶跃工况下测量了EGR率响应特性并与传统的CO2示踪法进行了对比,二者在稳定段测得的EGR率相近,同时双流量EGR率测量系统响应时间(约为0.7s)与系统本身响应时间相近,表明该双流量EGR率测量系统可实现EGR率的实时、高精度测量。针对该系统存在的问题及拟解决方案进行了探讨。Dual flow real-time EGR rate measuring system is established with both Coriolis meter and laminar flow meter. The EGR rate responding characteristics have been measured and compared with the traditional CO2 tracing method under step-change operations. The measured EGR rates by dual flowmeter based system and traditional CO2 tracing system are quite eonsentaneous. What's more, the responding duration of dual flowmeter based EGR rate measuring system is approximately 0.7 s, indicating that the dual flowmeter based EGR rate measuring system is precision-enough and quick-responding for real-time EGR rate measuring. Problems existing in the system and proposed solution are studied in the paper.
