无负荷微型种植体对幼犬牙槽骨生长发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨无负荷微型种植体对幼犬牙槽骨生长发育的影响。方法选用6只8～9个月龄的当地雄性幼犬,拔除下颌两侧的第一、二、三前磨牙和第三磨牙。8周愈合后,每条幼犬随机选用一侧下颌骨植入微型种植体为实验组,对侧下颌骨不植入种植体为对照组。单侧下颌骨分别垂直植入3枚、水平植入4枚微型钛钉种植体,6只幼犬共植入42枚种植体。9周后心内灌流固定处死幼犬,摘除下颌骨取材并拍摄X线片。在标本上和X线片测量四个部位及对照组对应牙槽骨的高度即垂直距离,在大体标本测量种植钉植入部位及对照组对应牙槽骨宽度即水平距离。结果下颌骨标本及X线片上的测量及统计学分析显示,实验组与对照组在垂直距离及水平距离的差值均无显著性差异(P>0.05);42枚微型种植体中36枚稳定,微型种植体成功率85.71%。结论无负荷微型钛钉种植体对幼犬牙槽骨的高度、宽度的发育无影响。Objective To study the effect of mini-implants without force on development of the dental alveolus in growing dogs.Methods Six pre-molars（lower P1,P2,P3）and 2 molar（lower M3）were extracted from each of 6 mongrel（8-9 months）growing dogs.After healing（8 weeks）of the area of extraction,42 mini-implants were surgically and horizontally placed（7 mini-implants in each mandible）.The opposite mandible without implants served as the control group.After 9 weeks,6 anesthetized dogs were killed by intracardiac perfusion and the mandibles were removed for gross observation and measurement by taking X-ray.Results The results of measurement between test group and control group had no significant difference.Thirty-six of forty-two mini-implants were stable.The rate of mini-implant stability was 85.71%.Conclusion There is no significant difference of mini-implants on the development of the dental alveolus in growing dogs.
