全球化视阈下大坝科技的水伦理审视

摘　　要：大坝科技是全球化时代世界科技的有机组成部分,它推动着大坝建设、水力水电等相关产业从发达国家扩展到发展中国家,使之成为全球产业。但是,随着世界反坝运动的兴起,大坝科技的功用和价值受到了质疑,其深层的伦理困境也在全球范围内凸现。文章认为全球化时代大坝科技面临的伦理困境主要表现在水伦理价值缺失,义利失衡,使人水生命共同体在生存和发展的危机中轮回。我们不能等到江河枯竭时才意识到人与水要协同共生,应该及早推动大坝科技价值观的转型,否则,地球上剩下的最后一滴水也许就是人类的眼泪。Dam technology is an organic part of technology in the era of globalization.It ensures the spreading of dam building and production of hydroelectric power from the developed countries to the developing countries,and becomes a global industry.However,the function and value of dam technology is questioned with the rise of Anti-Dam Movement in the world and the dilemma of ethics appears globally.In our opinion,the dilemma of ethics is mainly the lack of the value of water ethics,the balance of profit and morality,which makes the human-water life community circling in the danger of surviving and developing.We need to realize the necessary of symbiosis of human and water,before the rivers dry out,and a transition of the values of dam technology needs to be driven.Otherwise,the last drops on earth would be tears of human.
