摘 要:采用TCM199+10%OCS为成熟培养液、以Tyrode`s改良液为受精液对水牛卵母细胞作体外成熟培养和受精,比较不同成熟培养时间(24h和30h)对水牛卵母细胞成熟率和受精率的影响。其结果为,水牛卵母细胞在成熟培养24h和30h后,其成熟率分别为66.5%和67.2%,受精率分别为57.5%和49.0%,在统计学上成熟率及受精率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。表明水牛卵母细胞的成熟培养时间可为24h和30h。The objectives of the present study were to examine the effect of oocyte culture time on the maturation and cleavage rates. Buffalo oocytes cultured in CO 2 incubator in TCM199+10%OCS for 24 h or 30 h were fertilized in Tyrode's medium or stained for microscopy. The maturation rate of the cultured oocytes was similar between the two groups (66 5% vs 67 5%, P >0 05), and the cleavage rate was 57 5% and 49 0% respectively ( P> 0.05). These results indicate that buffalo oocytes can be matured in vitro for either 24 h or 30 h under the present experimental conditions.
