产业技术扩散溢出效应的分析——对广东产业转移承接地政府的启示

摘　　要：通过构建、分析技术扩散溢出效应的数理模型,指出技术扩散能降低企业的生产成本,提高社会经济效益,又可能形成拥挤效应、过度竞争等负面效应,并在理论上给广东产业转移承接地政府为促进技术扩散溢出正效应,避免负效应而制定技术扩散政策提出建议。By designing and analyzing a mathematical model of technology diffusion,the article points out that technology diffusion may reduce production costs,and increase the social and economic benefit;however it also increases the crowding effect,and forms excessive competition.Moreover,theoretically,the article makes a suggestion on technology diffusion policies for the undertaking governments of Guangdong＇s industrial transfer in how to promote the positive effects and avoid negative effects of technology diffusion.
