摘　　要：在高新技术日益发展的背景下,有必要加强对高新技术产业的研究,以建立适合我国国情的高新技术产业政策来应对国际挑战。由于台湾地区与大陆在高新技术发展方面有极大的相似性,通过两者高新技术产业发展对比分析,为提高我国高新技术企业的竞争力提供一些启示。In the context of the growing high-tech,there is a need to strengthen the study of high-tech industries in order to establish conditions suited to China＇s high-tech industry policy in respond to international challenges.As there is a great similarity between Taiwan and the Mainland in high-tech development,the paper gave a comparative analysis in the two high-tech industrial development in order to improve the competitiveness of China＇s high-tech enterprises to provide some enlightenment.
