摘　　要：在经济发展全球化的今天,产业集群对中小企业的发展正发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着东北老工业基地振兴战略的推进,中小企业集群的发展越来越受到地方政府的高度重视,对辽宁省的经济发展起着越来越重要的作用。以辽宁省中小企业产业集群为例,探讨适合辽宁省中小企业产业集群的发展模式,并针对每一种模式的特点提出发展建议。In the internationalization of today＇s world economy,the industry clusters has important impact on the development of SMEs.In the process of northeast revitalization,the local government focuses much on the development of SMEs industry clusters,and it plays an increasingly important role on the development of Liaoning economy.This paper discusses the industrial cluster modes suitable for Liaoning SMEs industry clusters and gives the suggestions.
