摘　　要：龋病是细菌引起的多因素作用下的一种慢性感染性疾病。其病理改变涉及釉质、牙本质和牙骨质,病变主要以脱矿为主。人工龋模型是研究龋病的发生、发展和修复过程的重要手段。本文就人工龋模型建立方法的研究作一综述。Dental caries is a chronic infectious disease affected by multiple factors wherein bacterial processes damage hard tooth structure（enamel,dentin and cementum）. The pathological changes are dominated by demine-ralization. Artificial carious lesion model is an important and effective way to study the mechanisms of dental caries development. This paper reviewed the methods to establish artificial carious lesion model.
