摘  要:目的了解阅兵部队官兵集训期间应激激素和胃肠激素水平变化规律,为防控消化系统疾病,建立预警指标提供科学依据。方法随机选取参加阅兵集训的100名官兵[均男性,年龄(20.76±1.23)(18~24)岁1及年龄相配合的100名常规训练的官兵,在训练中期空腹取外周血,检测应激激素——促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)和5一羟色胺(5一HT]以及胃肠激素——胃动素(MTL)、生长抑素(SS)和血管活性肽(VIP)含量。结果阅兵训练组的外周血ACTH、NE和5-HT,以及MTL、SS和VIP水平均显著高于常规训练组(均P〈0.05),但各项应激激素水平与各项胃肠激素水平间均无明显相关性。结论高温高强度高压力下阅兵训练的官兵体内应激水平明显高于接受常规训练者。胃肠激素水平紊乱可能是消化系统疾病高发的危险因素,可独立于应激指标作为消化系统疾病高发的预警指标。Objective To investigate the changes in serum levels of gastrointestinal hormones and in stress hormones under the condition of high-temperature, high-mental stress, and high intensity training, and to explore the correlation between the changes in these a kinds of hormones so as to provide a scientific base for prevention and control of digestive diseases and to find early warning indicators. Methods Fasting peripheral blood samples were collected in wid-fraing from 100 randomly selected armed policemen undergoing high intensity training under conditions of high temperature and mental stress who were to participate in the 60th National Day military parade. Double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA was used to test the serum levels of the stress hormones: adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), norepinephrine (NE), and 5-hydroxy tryptamine (5-HT), and the gastrointestinal hormones: motilin (MTL), somatostatin (SS) , and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP). 100 randomly selected armed policemen undergoing routine training were used as control group. Results The levels of ACTH, NE, and 5-HT, and MTL, SS, and VIP of the parade training group were all significantly higher than those of the control group (all P 〈0.05). No correlation was found among the levels of the gastrointestinal hormones and the levels of the stress response hormones. Conclusion The stress level is significantly increased by high intensity training under conditions of high temperature and mental stress. Independent of stress indicators, the levels of gastrointestinal hormones may be used as early warning indicators of high incidence of digestive system diseases.
