摘 要:全面叙述了我国铝电解槽控制技术的发展过程和现状,指出目前常用控制技术的优缺点及可能的改进,并较详细地介绍了自适应控制和分布式系统的原理及其在铝电解上的应用,指出中国铝电解控制技术将发展成为以氧化铝浓度自适应控制为基础的智能模糊控制系统·The development in past thirty years and current situation of control technology for aluminum smelters in China were systematically presented. The weakness,advantage and possible improvement of each control methods were analysed. The principle of adaptive control and distributed control system applied for aluminum electrolysis were introduced elaborately. Computer control technology for aluminum smelters in China is developing in intelligent fuzzy control system based on the adaptive control of alumina concentration. The quality of alumina and prebaked anode,functions and stability of controller,and stability of cell current are very important for the control effectiveness. More studies on alumina dissolution in molten electrolyte and on conductance of molten electrolyte are needed to develop the control technology for aluminum smelters.
