摘　　要：GH3044为镍基高温合金，在900℃以下具有高的塑性和满意的热强性，热加工成形较困难，以棒材为原料通过管坯制造，获得合格的管坯，采用冷轧、冷拔相结合的双联工艺，已成功交货3种规格的冷加工无缝钢管，全部符合技术标准并满足用户需要。GH3044 is Ni-base high temperature alloy, and has high plasticity and hige temperature strength under 900℃. It is difficult for thermal processing. Obtaining the qualified tube that bars are as raw materials by drilling. With the combination of cold-rolled and cold-pulling, three kinds of products have been supplied to user, and all in compliance with technical standards and meet user needs.
