摘　　要：中美两国为应对高等教育大众化引发的教育质量危机,在本国开展了各具特色的全国性质量保障运动。本文探究了中美两国实施高等教育质量保障运动背后的不同高等教育哲学基础,以期从比较分析中思考我国大众化阶段高等教育质量保障运动的改进举措。Facing crisis in education quality during the mass expansion phase of higher education,China and America have each been undertaking its own characteristic national high education quality assurance movement. So as to find improving measures for our higher education quality assurance movement in the mass expansion phase through comparison,this paper explores the different philosophical basis on which China and America have been performing its higher education quality assurance movement.
