摘　　要：高等学校是培养高科技人才的摇篮,也是高科技人才的汇集地,其科研实力雄厚、知识辐射面广,是我国科技创新的生力军,因此它应当是科技创新及其知识产权这个无形资产的最大拥有者。为了提高高校的科技创新能力,为了保护高校科技创新的积极性,加强高等学校的知识产权保护十分必要。University is s place not only training Hi-tech talent, but also collecting Hi-tech talent who is main force of science and technology independent innovation and owner of intellectual property right. In order to enhance the capacity and protect enthu- siasm for science and technology independent innovation, it is necessary to protect the intellectual property right of universities.
