青少年获取生殖健康知识的影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的：为了解影响青少年掌握生殖健康知识的因素，以采取有效地措施提高青少年的生殖健康知识水平。方法：采用整群随机抽样的方法，抽取十堰市城区一个居委会（3个社区）所居住的10～24岁的青少年，进行问卷调查，所得资料利用SAS专业统计软件进行统计分析。结果：影响青少年掌握生殖健康知识因素的Logistic分析结果有利于生殖健康知识获得的因素共有7个，不利于青少年获得生殖健康知识的因素有4个。结论：青少年掌握的生殖健康知识很少，政府、教育部门、卫生部门和社区应当密切联系形成一个社会性的教育网络，提高青少年的生殖健康知识水平。Objective：To explore the influence factors on adolescent＇s master degree of reproductive health. Methods：Clustered random：sampiing method was used to get the adolescents, whose age was from 10 to 24 years, in three communities in Shiyan city as study objects. Every object was surveyed by the questionnaire. The information was collected and analyzed by the SAS system. Results ： The influence factors on adolescent＇s master degree of reproductive health：based on logistic regression analysis,7 protective factors and 4 risk factors were identified. Conclusion：That adolescent master reproductive health ware small, the government education health department and communities should establish a collaborative social net so as to imply adolescent reproductive health.
