摘　　要：基于知识创新和生物进化理论,提出跨组织知识创新进化模型,给出建立跨组织知识创新网络的切入点,结合其影响因素,将跨组织知识创新网络分类为丰田网络和硅谷网络,并进一步讨论这两种典型网络在知识创新上的优势和挑战。Based on Knowledge Innovation and Biological Evolution theory,address the evolutionary model of inter-organizational knowledge innovation and give the entry points of inter-organizational knowledge innovation network.Classify the network：Toyota Network and Silicon Valley Network.Analyses the two networks for China development.
