甲醛甲酚消毒对树脂根充糊剂密合度的影响

摘　　要：目的评价甲醛甲酚液根管消毒对树脂基质根管充填材料根管密封性能的影响。方法收集完整双尖牙20颗,按随机数字表法分成2组,每组10颗牙,Protape镍钛根备,分别用甲醛甲酚和氢氧化钙封药消毒1周,AH-P1us糊剂加4%锥度牙胶尖进行根管充填。2组根充牙经1%亚甲蓝溶液染色后进行微渗漏长度测量。结果甲醛甲酚组牙齿微渗漏值[(0.74±0.14)mm]与氢氧化钙组牙齿微渗漏值[(0.76±0.12)mm],组间均值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲醛甲酚根管消毒对树脂基质根管充填材料根管密封性能无明显影响。Objective To investigate the influence of formaldehyde cresol（FC） root canal disinfection on sealing property of resin-based root canal sealers.Methods Twenty bicuspid teeth were collected and randomly divided into two groups,with 10 teeth in each group.All root canals were prepared with PROTAPE universe system,and then the teeth in the two groups were disinfected by FC and calcium hydroxide,respectively.All patients underwent AH-Plus cataplasm and 4% taper gutta percha root canal filling one week later.The teeth in both groups were stained with 1% methylene blue solution,then the length of leakage was measured.Results The microleakage values in FC group and calcium hydroxide group were（0.74±0.14）mm and（0.76±0.12）mm,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was not significant（P0.05）.Conclusion FC root canal disinfection can not affect the sealing property of resin-based root canal filling materials.
