生长抑素与乌司他丁治疗老年急性胰腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察生长抑素(善宁)与乌司他丁治疗老年急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法:选取我院2003～2009年老年急性胰腺炎患者54例,随机分为两组,A组26例采用传统保守疗法,B组28例在传统保守疗法基础上加用生长抑素和乌司他丁治疗,观察疗效。结果:两组比较,有效率和平均住院日均有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:生长抑素联合乌司他丁治疗老年急性胰腺炎具有显著疗效,可有效抑制胰酶释放,拮抗胰酶活性,提高治愈率。Objective： To observe the effectiveness of Somatostatin（Octreotide Acetate Injection）and Ulinastatin in curing acute pancreatitis of elderly. Methods： Over the observation of 54 cases of acute pancreatitis of elderly from January 2003 to 2009, Group A of 26 cases had undergone the traditional method while group B had undergone the method of Somatostatin and Ulinastatin in addition to the traditional method. The two group was closely monitored. Results： In comparison with Group B, Group A had a significant difference in effectiveness and average days over hospitalization. Conclusion： The growth of Somatostatin and Ulinastatin have a significant effect in curing acute pancreatitis of elderly （P0.05）, as it retards the secretion of pancreatin and resist the activation of pancreatin, thus speeding up the recovery process.
