摘  要:目的研究芒果甙在体外对人鼻咽癌细胞系CNE3细胞凋亡和细胞内钙离子(IECa^(2+))含量的影响。方法采用流式细胞术检测不同浓度芒果甙作用24、48和72 h后诱导CNE3细胞凋亡和IECa^(2+)的含量。结果 (1)芒果甙作用24、48和72h后,不同浓度的芒果甙均可诱导CNE3细胞凋亡,呈现时间及剂量效应;(2)不同浓度芒果甙作用24、48和72h后,CNE3细胞内IECa^(2+)含量显著上升,呈现时间及剂量效应。结论芒果甙能显著诱导CNE3细胞凋亡;CNE3细胞内IECa^(2+)含量的升高在芒果甙诱导CNE3细胞凋亡中起到重要作用。Objective To study the effects of mangiferin on cell apoptosis and intracellular Ca2+ (IECa2+ ) concentration in nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE3 cells in vitro. Methods After CNE3 cells were treated with different concentrations of mangiferin for 24,48 and 72 hours, the apeptosis ratio and changes of IECa2+ were assessed by flow cytometry. Results ( 1 ) After 24,48 and 72 hours of mangifcrln administration, the different concentrations of mangiferin can induced the CNE3 cells apoptosis and the effect were dependent on time and concentration; (2)After CNE3 cells were treated with mangifefin for 24,48 and 72 hours, IECa2+ were significantly increased, and the effect were dependent on time and concentration. Conclusion Mangiferin can markedly induce apoptosis in CNE3 cell, and the increase of IECa2+ may play an important role to the induce apoptosis of mangiferin.
