摘　　要：运用Ｌｙｏｐｕｎｏｖ泛函及负定矩阵的一些性质，讨论了含有界时滞的ＧｉｌｐｉｎＡｙａｌａ系统，获得判别这类系统的平衡态全局渐近稳定、渐近稳定以及解的持久性的充分条件．最后，通过两个例子说明其方法的有效性．This paper discuses Gilpin Ayala systems with bounded delays. Some sufficient conditions for globally asymptotic stability, asymptotic stability and permanence of the solutions of the systems are obtained by using Lyapunov functional and properties of negative definite matrix. And, two examples are used to illustrate the results.
