摘　　要：学校对学生职业能力培养的效果如何,直接影响到学生今后的就业和创业。文章结合职业学校的实际,论述了职业能力的内涵、职业能力培养的必要性和重要性,初步探索了职业能力培养的途径。The effect of students＇ professional ability cultivation in school directly influences students＇ future employment and entrepreneurship. Combined with the actual situation of vocational schools, the author discussed the content of professional ability as well as the necessity and importance of professional ability cultivation and did some preliminary exploration on the way of cultivating students＇ professional ability in vocational schools.
