阿立哌唑合并氟哌啶醇治疗偏执型精神分裂症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑合并氟哌啶醇治疗偏执型精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法阿立哌唑合并小剂量氟哌啶醇治疗偏执型精神分裂症50例,采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS),治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应,疗程6周。结果阿立哌唑合并小剂量氟哌啶醇治疗偏执型精神分裂症的显效率86.0%,有效率96.0%,无明显锥体外系反应。结论阿立哌唑合并小剂量氟哌啶醇治疗偏执型精神分裂症疗效好,不良反应少。Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of aripiprazole combining with haloperidol in treatment of paranoid schizophrenia.Method Aripiprazole combining with small dosage of haloperidol was used to treat 50 cases of paranoid schizophrenia.PANSS and TESS were used to assess the curative and side effects.Results The marked efficacy rate of aripiprazole combining with small dosage of haloperidol in treatment of paranoid schizophrenia was 86.0%,the total efficacy rate was 96.0%,and there were no significant extrapyramidal system reactions.Conclusion The curative effect of aripiprazole combining with small dosage of haloperidol in treatment of paranoid schizophrenia was good,and the side effects were small.
