老年糖尿病合并肺脓肿22例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病合并肺脓肿患者的临床治疗方法与疗效。方法对22例老年糖尿病合并肺脓肿患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,以评价临床治疗效果。结果经综合治疗,22例患者中10例治愈,7例好转,有效率为77.3%;5例恶化(其中2例死亡),恶化率为22.7%。结论对老年糖尿病合并肺脓肿患者,治疗前应对其全身状况进行全面评估,以便充分掌握全身状况,采取综合治疗方法,方可提高治疗有效率,降低恶化率与死亡病例。Objective To probe the clinical solutions and efficacies of treating patients of elderly diabetes with pulmonary abscess.Methods The data of elderly diabetes with pulmonary abscess were analyzed.Results After comprehensive treatment,among the 22 patients,there were 10 cases cured,7 cases improved（the efficacy ratio,77.3%）,5 cases deteriorated（2 died）.Conclusion In treating patients of elderly diabetes with pulmonary abscess,the overall physical wellbeing of the patients shall be evaluated so as to have an overall understanding of their conditions.Comprehensive therapeutic solutions shall be adopted to improve the efficacy ratio and diminish the deterioration ratio and the death ratio.
