摘 要:目的探讨心肌酶类乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)及其同工酶(CK-MB)在β-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血患儿中的活性变化及临床应用价值。方法对近年来广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的β-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血患儿的心肌酶类进行检测,并与对照组比较。结果β-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血患儿LDH、α-HBDH、AST的活性与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),三者呈明显的正相关,并且中间型都较轻型显著升高。结论 LDH、α-HBDH、AST可作为β-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血患儿诊断和病情观察的重要临床指标,从患者的经济能力考虑,在β-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血诊断和病情观察中可重点检测LDH、α-HBDH、AST。Objective To investigate the activity and clinical application of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),creatine kinase (CK) and its isoenzyme (CK-MB) in β-thalassemia children.Methods To detect the cardiac enzymes of β-thalassemia children in our hospital in recent years,and to compare the results with those in the control group.Results There were significant difference (P0.01) in the activity of LDH,α-HBDH and AST compared with the control group,which had obviously positive correlation among them in β-thalassemia children.The cardiac enzymes of intermediate type was significantly higher than those of light type.Conclusion LDH,α-HBDH,AST can be used as the important clinical indicators in the diagnosis and clinical observation of β-thalassemia children,which can be focused on in detection from the economic situation of the patients.
