双黄连注射剂的不良反应研究

摘　　要：目的观察黄芩苷、绿原酸和双黄连注射剂的致敏性。方法将黄芩苷、绿原酸、黄芩苷和绿原酸等比混合物(黄绿混合物)和双黄连注射剂与正常BN大鼠血清体外孵育制备完全抗原,免疫BN大鼠,制备抗血清,并采用ELISA法检测组胺含量及其抗血清效价。结果黄芩苷抗血清效价为1:8,绿原酸抗血清效价为1:32,黄绿混合物抗血清效价为1:64,双黄连注射剂抗血清效价为1:128。结论黄芩苷、绿原酸、双黄连注射剂具有致敏性,推测双黄连注射剂作为一个复方引起不良反应可能与黄芩苷和绿原酸相关。Objective To observe immunogenicity of baicalin, chlorogenic acid and Shuanghuanglian injection. Method Baicalin, chlorogenic acid, Shuanghuanglian injection and the mixture of baicalin and chorogenic acid were incubated in vitro with BN rat blood serum to prepare antigen, then the BN rats were immuned to prepare antiserum. Histamine content and the antiserum titer were detected by ELISA. Result The antiserum titer of baicalin was 1 ： 8, the antiserum titer of chlorogenic acid was 1 ： 32, the antiserum titer of the mixture of baicalin and chorogenic acid was 1 ： 64 and Shuanghuanglian injection was 1 ： 128. Conclusion Baicalin, chlorogenic acid and Shuanghuanglian injection have immunogenicity and the side effects of Shuanghuangllian injection as a compound presumed to be related with baicalin and chlorogenic acid.
