Ki67、CXCR4和TGF-β在老年乳腺癌组织中表达的相关性研究及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨老年乳腺癌病灶增殖细胞核抗原(Ki67)、趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)和转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的表达。方法采用免疫组化法检测167例乳腺癌病灶中Ki67、CXCR4和TGF-β的表达,分析Ki67、CXCR4和TGF-β的表达与临床病理因素间的关系。结果 Ki67表达阳性127例,阳性率为76.05%;CXCR4表达阳性106例,阳性率为63.47%;TGF-β表达阳性95例,阳性率为56.89%。Ki67阳性表达率与乳腺癌肿瘤临床分期有关,即分期越晚,Ki67阳性率越高;CXCR4表达与肿瘤大小和淋巴结转移呈显著性正相关;TGF-β与乳腺癌患者肿块大小、肿瘤分期和淋巴结有无转移有显著相关性。Ki67表达与CXCR4和TGF-β表达呈正相关。结论 Ki67、CXCR4和TGF-β在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起协同作用。Objective To investigate the expression of Ki67,CXCR4 and TGF-β in breast cancer tissue in elderly patients.Methods The expression of Ki67,CXCR4 and TGF-β in 167 cases of breast cancer were assessed by immunohistochemistry,and their correlations with clinicopathological factors were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Ki67,CXCR4,TGF-β was 76.05%,63.47% and 56.89% respectively.The expression of Ki67 was correlated with tumor stages.The expression of CXCR4 was correlated with tumor size and lymph node metastases.The expression of TGF-β was correlated with tumor size,tumor stages and lymph node metastases.There were positive correlation between Ki67,CXCR4 and TGF-β.Conclusions Ki67,CXCR4 and TGF-β might play synergistic roles in the development of breast cancer in elderly patients.
