摘　　要：城市交通控制由设定时间的红绿灯变换来控制,而交通流量因地点、时间段、节假日及偶发情况等不确定因素,经常变化。设计的程序可根据交通流量的变化及时对红绿灯时间长度进行修正,以便提高通行速度,减少路口的空等,降低车辆油耗,从而达到减碳的目的。Urban traffic is controlled by traffic lights which has been set the time. The traffic flow always varies according to some uncertainties such as location, time, holidays and accidents and so on . The program designed in the thesis is able to modulate in the light of the change of the traffic flow which can change traffic lights in a timely manner to amend the length of time in order to improve access speed, which can decrease the idle, reduce vehicle fuel consumption to achieve the objective of carbon reduction.
