“爱报之心甚于生命”——史量才职业认同探析

摘　　要：引入职业认同视角,考察了史量才对办报这一职业的内心体认,呈现了其职业心灵世界的真实图景。认为无论从职业动机、职业情感、职业态度、职业忠诚度,还是自我职业身份认知乃至认同方面看,史量才对新闻职业的认同已完全超越了民国之前的早期报人。这种职业认同方面的进步,既有史量才个人职业认知及其作为近现代知识分子的独立精神与救国理想之原因,同时也与民国初期自由新闻体制的确立和新闻事业的整体繁荣有关。In the perspective of career identity Shi Liangcai＇s innermost recognition of running newspapers is explored. It shows a vivid picture of his career spirit which is completely beyond that of the newspapermen before the foundation of the Republic of China in terms either of career motivation,professional emotion,professional attitude and loyalty or of professional perception and identity.As a modern intellectual,Shi＇s superiority to his predecessors is developed by his own career identification and independent spirit as well as his ideal of serving the nation;besides,it is also closely related to the establishment of the free press system and the whole prosperityof journalism at that time.
