摘 要:地质科技人才是推进地质事业发展的"第一资源",直接决定地质工作服务经济社会发展的水平和质量。搞好地质科技人才培养工作,要充分认识地质科技人才专业性质强、实践要求高、培养周期长、开拓创新难等特点,把握好浓厚的兴趣爱好、良好的地学教育、科学的锻炼平台、国土资源事业支撑等成长环节,启动有效的人才培养模式,奏响新时期地质科技尖兵队伍之歌。Talents in Geological Science and Technology are the primary resource in promoting the development of geological sectors and of immediate significance to the quality and standard of service done by geological industry to economic and social development. In order to soundly carry out the training of talents in geological science and technology, it is necessary to be aware of the professionalism, high standard of practice, long-term training and hardship in innovation, and to be good at cultivating strong interest in geological science, building high quality geological education, supplying proper training platform, introducing structural support of land and resources enterprise and developing effective talent training model, so as to claim a vanguard victory of geological science and technology people in the new era.
