常压下强电场电离辐射诱导种子变异方法的研究

摘　　要：通过改变强电场放电体系的物理参数,控制离子的能量和浓度,诱导种子变异,得到变异体,并检测其种子活力、酶活性、DNA、蛋白质的变化,得到性状变异谱,寻找诱导种子变异的规律和最佳方案.In order to find out the laws and the best solution for inducing mutations of seeds,the physical parameters of the strong electric field discharge system were changed and the ion energy and concentration were under control,seeds variation were induced and the variants were obtained.The viability,enzyme activity and the change of DNA and protein of the seeds variants were detected and the trait variation spectrum was obtained.
