高校贫困生就业现状及影响因素分析——以嘉兴学院为例

摘　　要：贫困生作为高校的弱势群体在就业方面存在着诸多问题。以嘉兴学院为例,从贫困生就业率、就业单位、就业地域以及问卷调查等多个方面开展调查研究,发现贫困生在没有任何优势的条件下,由于就业比较务实,就业率比非贫困生更高。同时分析了影响贫困生就业的相关因素以及提高贫困生就业率的对策、措施。目的在于借鉴经济发达地区高校解决贫困生就业的实例,进一步促进贫困生就业工作。There are many difficulties for the employment of financially - needy college graduates. With Jiaxing University as a case study, this paper conducts a study of their employment in terms of employment rate, their employers, employment regions and a questionnaire. It finds that their employment rate is much higher than that of non - financially needy college graduates owing to their practical attitudes towards employment, and it also analyzes the relevant factors influencing the employment of financially needy college graduates and the measures to raise their employment rate. The aim of this paper is to learn from those schools located in developed areas when coping with the employment problem of financially - needy graduates so as to promote their employment rate.
