摘  要:对连云港市连云区2006年7月在养殖缢蛏中爆发的一次流行病进行了病原菌分离、培养、毒力试验和详细的生理生化测定,确定点状气单胞菌为其病原菌;并探讨了该菌在不同盐度波动(S0、S2、S4和S6分别代表盐度波动幅度为0、2、4和6)和不同水温(21℃、25℃、29℃和33℃)条件下对缢蛏存活率的影响,结果表明:S0处理组缢蛏的存活率显著高于S2、S4和S6处理组,而S6处理组缢蛏的存活率显著低于其它处理,S2和S4处理组组间差异不显著;在21℃和25℃温度处理组,缢蛏的存活率为100%,显著高于29℃和33℃温度处理组,而33℃温度处理组显著低于其它处理。An epizootic in Jul.2006,in cultured Sinvnovacula constricta at Lianyun Qu of Lianyungang,Jiangsu Province,was studied.According to the virulence tests and the biochemical characteristics of the bacterial isolates,the pathogen was assigned to Aeromonas punctata.Its toxicity under different salinity(constant(S0) and fluctuating(S2,S4 and S6)) or temperature(21℃,25℃,29℃ and 33℃) was also studied.The results showed that(I).At S0,specific growth rate of S.constricta were significantly higher than at S2,S4 and S6,whereas at S6,specific growth rate of S.constricta were significantly lower than other treatments.No significant difference was detected between S2 and S4.(II).At 21℃ and 25℃,the survival rate of S.constricta was 100%,which were significantly higher than those at 29℃ and 33℃,whereas at 33℃,the survival rate of S.constricta was significantly lower than other treatments.
