织纹螺毒素来源的研究

摘　　要：为研究织纹螺(Nassarius)毒素的来源,采用有毒的河豚鱼肉投喂半褶织纹螺(N.semiplicatus),观察它的摄食情况。结果表明:有毒的河豚鱼肉对半褶织纹螺有明显的诱食作用。将河豚鱼肉中的河豚毒素进行抽提,添加到明胶凝胶和大黄鱼肉中,对半褶织纹螺均有较高的诱食效果。因此,半褶织纹螺毒素形成原因可能是通过食物链,毒素在体内蓄积形成的。The source of toxicity in gastropods mollusk Nassarius was studied by feed poisonous Fugu meat to Nassarius semiplicatus.The results showed that the poisonous Fugu meat has the lure effect.The extract of tetrodotoxin from Fugu was added to gelatinum or another nontoxic fish meat,and they appear same effect.The Nassarius semiplicatus gastropods are carnivorous animals.The N.semiplicatus gastropods might accumulate the poisonous substances from food chain in ecological habitat.
