摘　　要：对石英光纤紫外传输特性进行了研究和分析,提出一种石英紫外传输光纤的设计,并利用等离子体化学气相沉积(PCVD)工艺进行了光纤的制备。通过对光纤各项性能的测试和对比分析,总结了在石英光纤中掺杂材料组分对光纤紫外传输性能的影响,为研究高性能的石英系紫外传输光纤提供了依据。The ultraviolet transmission properties of quartz optical fiber are studied and analyzed,and a design for the quartz ultraviolet transmission fiber prepared by the PCVD process is presented.On the basis of the property tests and analysis of the results,the effects of the components of the doped material on the quartz fiber transmission properties are summarized,providing useful basis for developing high-performance quartz ultraviolet transmission fibers.
