摘  要:为探讨土壤动物在植物修复永久性有机污染物过程中的作用,采用盆栽试验法,研究了蚯蚓对紫花苜蓿修复土壤菲污染的影响效应.结果显示,试验浓度(20.05-322.06 mg·kg^-1)范围内,蚯蚓活动促进了菲污染土壤中修复植物的生长,其根冠比明显增大.添加蚯蚓70 d后,种植紫花苜蓿土壤中菲的去除率高达58.60%-81.82%,其平均去除率(73.42%)比无蚯蚓活动的土壤—植物系统(64.02%)提高9.40%,比无植物对照组(22.57%)提高50.85%.各种生物、非生物修复因子中,植物—微生物交互作用对菲去除的平均贡献率(44.09%)最为突出,比无蚯蚓活动时(37.97%)提高6.12%.说明蚯蚓活动可强化土壤—植物系统对土壤菲污染的修复作用.To evaluate the contribution of soil macrofauna to the process of phytoremediation of persistent organic pollutants,a pot experiment was carried out to investigate effect of earthworm(Pheretima sp.) on the phytoremediation of Medicago sativa soils polluted by phenanthrene(Phe).Results show that the remediation efficiency is apparently enhanced through the activity of earthworm in soils at initial concentrations of Phe ranging from 20.05 to 322.06 mg·kg^-1.Incubation of earthworm promotes the growth of Medicago sativa and the biomass ratio of root to shoot increases.After a 10-week earthworm inoculation,the removal rate of Phenanthrene with plantation of grass and incubation of earthworm arrives from 58.60% to 81.82% with an average of 73.42%,which is 9.40% higher than those with only plantation of Medicago sativa,and 50.85% higher than those without plantation of Medicago sativa and earthworm inoculation.Among various biological and abiological reparative factors,the plant-microbial interaction has the greatest average contribution rate to the removal of Phe(with an average of 44.09%),which is 6.12% higher than those in corresponding soils without earthworm activity.The results suggest earthworm activity can strengthen the phytoremediation of soil-plant system on Phe-polluted soils.
