高职教育产学合作应树立的几个重要观念

摘　　要：产学合作是高职教育提高人才培养质量的必由之路,要搞好产学合作必须树立正确的观念:产学合作是高职教育适应我国经济社会发展要求的必然选择;深入开展产学合作工作应该建立不同层面的保障激励机制;校企双赢是产学合作得以持之以恒、广泛深入开展的保证;产学合作贯穿人才培养全过程才能提高高职教育人才培养质量。The industry-academy cooperation is the only way to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational education,in order to improve industry-academy cooperation,some important concepts should be established： the industry-academy cooperation is the necessary voice to adapt to economic and social development;the different levels of protection mechanism should be established to deepen industry-academy collaborative work;the double-win choice between schools and enterprises is a guarantee to carry out industry-academy cooperation deeply and consistently;to improve the personnel training quality in higher vocational education,the industry-academy cooperation should cover the entire process of personnel training.
