关于电大教务处工作的思考

摘　　要：教务处是主管学校教与学各方面事务的权威机构,其工作具有普遍性。电大系统办学的特性决定了电大教务处工作具有区别于其他学校教务处工作的特殊性,即联系的多样性、事务的繁杂性、工作的层级性和服务的传递性。电大教务处应从其特性出发,从强化意识、提高素质、做好服务三个方面改进电大教务处的工作。The teaching administration office is the authority to teaching and learning all aspects of the business and its work is universal. The characteristic of the running of TVU system has decided the specificity of its educational management that distinguish from other schools, which is the diversity of the contact, the multiplicity of the affairs, the level of work and the transmission of service. According to the characteristic, the teaching administration office should improve work in three aspects that include intensifying consciousness, improving quality and providing good service.
