摘　　要：实现社会和谐是中西古今社会管理者所追求的理想目标,构建中国社会主义和谐社会是世界和平、发展、合作时代语境的必然要求,是科学发展观的具体落实。哲学革命是社会革命的先导,构建和谐哲学是和谐社会建设的题中应有之意。和谐、和合哲学既是辩证方法论,又是创新哲学体系,更是对21世纪人类文化战略的构想,是实现社会主义和谐社会的重要智力资源。Social harmony is the ideal of the governors of Chinese and Western both in ancient and modern times.It is a necessary requirement to build a harmonious society at present in China for the peace,development and cooperation of the world.And it is also a concrete implementation of the scientific concept of development.Revolution of philosophy is the precursor of social revolution.A harmonious philosophy is a must to build a harmonious society.The words of harmony and He He Philosophy,which are both dialectical methodology and innovation systems of philosophy,conceive the strategic concept of human culture of the 21st century,and are important intellectual resources to realize the socialist harmonious society.
