摘　　要：利用手机进行的各类犯罪活动日益猖獗,手机电子取证技术的相关研究对于打击与手机相关的各类犯罪活动、维护社会稳定具有重要意义。本文阐述手机电子证据在刑侦工作中的作用,并详尽论述了刑侦工作中手机电子证据取证的种类及固定提取的方法等。Since various crimes with the help of mobile phones are increasingly rampant,Researches on the forensics technology of getting evidence from cell phones are in great demand.The researches will be helpful to combat related crimes,maintain social stability,and build harmonious society.This article explains the role of mobile electronic evidence in criminal investigations,classification of the evidence and how to collect it are discussed in detail as well.
