唇裂修复对单侧完全唇腭裂患者上颌形态的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察单侧完全性唇腭裂的唇裂修复对上颌形态的影响，并探讨发生机理。方法：通过 Ｘ 线头影测量１０ 例成人单侧唇腭裂患者，其童年时期单纯唇裂修复而未行腭裂修复（ 组１） 、１５ 例成人单侧唇腭裂患者接受过唇腭裂修复术（ 组２） 、１０ 例具有正常颌关系且无唇腭裂异常的成人（ 组３） 的头颅侧貌。结果：评价表明，组１ 、组２ 与组３ 对照，上颌有显著性后缩；比较组１ 、组２ 无显著性差异，上颌后缩未因腭裂修复出现量的增加。结论：唇裂修复术后会出现上颌后缩的生长发育畸形。Aim:Observed patients with complete unilateral cleft lip and palate, to study the mechanism and effect of cleft lip repair on maxillary morphology. Methods:Compared X-ray cephlometric of 10 adult patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate who had only lip repaired in childhood and not had palate repaired (group 1) with 15 adult patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate who had both lip and palate repair in childhood( group 2). 10 adult individuals who had normal occlusion and cleft anomalies (group 3). Results:Both group 1 and group 2 had significant maxillary retrusion compared with group 3. No significant difference was found between group 1 and group 2. In the cleft palate repaired patients maxillary retrusion was not ineseared significantly. Conclusion:After cleft lip repair maxillary retrusion will happen.
