摘 要:基于集对分析(Set Pai Analysis,SPA)原理,对城市轨道交通线网规划方案进行比选.方案比选涉及因素较多,在此构建方案层、准则层和指标层三层评价指标体系,把规划线网方案的交通功能、工程实施性、效益指标、与城市发展的协调性作为准则层,选取11个评价指标,根据比选方案各指标值与理想方案对应指标值的同一度,组成同一度决策矩阵,计算各指标的权重和带权同一度矩阵,通过比较带权同一度矩阵方案所对应的值,得到最优方案.最后以兰州市城市轨道交通线网规划方案比选为例,对基于集对分析的多方案评价方法进行了应用.The urban rail transit line network plans are compared based on Set Pai Analysis(SPA)principe.There are many elements in comparison of the urban rail transit line network planning.The evaluation index system is constructed with three levels,named the project level,criterion level and element level.Eleven evaluation indexes are selected according to the criterion level which includes the traffic function,indicators of economic benefit and adaptability of urban development.The identical degree decision matrix is formed according to the identical degree of the corresponding index value between the evaluated schemes and the ideal schemes.The weight of each index and the weighted identical degree matrix are calculated.The optimal scheme is obtained through comparing the corresponding value of each scheme in the weighted identical degree matrix.The comparison of Lanzhou urban rail transit line network plan is used as an example.By using the given method,the optimal scheme will be selected.
