维生素B6防治晕动性呕吐所致口腔疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：对就诊的患口腔疾病的患者进行随机调查,发现部分口腔疾患与晕动性呕吐有关.在这些人群中,通过使用维生素B6防治晕动性呕吐,证实维生素B6防治晕动病有良好效果,结论:维生素B6直接防治晕动性呕吐,有明显作用.间接预防龋齿、口腔炎症等口腔疾患.Objective：To remind people of the easily ignored fact that halo motion vomiting and stomatological diseases are related and to identify the effect of vitamin B6 in preventing motion sickness.Method：The patients suffering from oral diseases are surveyed randomly and those with symptoms of motion sickness vomiting related with oral diseases are selected for prevention and treatment with B6.Then follow-up studies are carried out with 352 patients of them,compared with the control group,390 patients.Results：Judging the completely and incompletely effective cases,p0.01,the differences are statistically significant in the effectiveness of using B6 in preventing motion sickness.Conclusion：Vitamin B6 is clearly useful in preventing motion sickness vomiting,and also useful in preventing dental caries,stomatitis and other oral diseases.
