摘　　要：目的建立RP-HPLC法测定胃泰胶囊中没食子酸含量的方法。方法采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-0.05%磷酸=4∶96为流动相,检测波长270 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果没食子酸在23.06～184.5 ng与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均加样回收率为99.7%。结论本方法操作简便、方法可靠、结果准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Weitai Jiaonang.Meth ods A Shim-pack VP-ODS C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid =4∶96,the detection wavelength was 270 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results The linear range of gallic acid was 23.06-184.5 ng,r=0.999 7,and the average recovery was 99.7%.Conclusion This method has good repeatability,flexibility and high sensitivity,which can be used for the quality control of Weitai Jiaonang.
