摘　　要：结合瓮福磷矿二期接替项目公路隧道的概况,进行了施工安全监控量测方案设计,包括施工中安全监控量测的目的意义、监测内容和方法及其实施方案、组织机构及管理方法等等,以期为类似工程提供指导。Integrating with general highway tunnel condition of second-stage replacing project of Wengfu phosphorite, this article carries on schematic design of construction safety monitoring and measurement, including the purpose and meanings of safe monitoring and measurement in construction, monitoring content and methods and its operating program, organization and management methods and so on, with a view to provide references for similar project.
